A special customized welding positioner, which consists of positioner system, pneumatic torch holder system and CNC system.

Pneumatic system

Welding torch can be fixed on the holder and go up and down automatically with the help of cylinder. Gas pressure should be over 0.2 MPa to ensure the normal running.

Positioner system

Rated horizontal loading is 100kg, and vertical loading is 50kg. This two axis welding positioner includes the function of electric positive rotation, negative rotation and manual flip. Flipping angle is 0-90 degrees. Electric flipping also can be customized. Rotation speed can be adjusted in range from 0.3 to 5 r/min.

Additional option-welding chuck WP-300: WP-300 welding chuck is suitable for the workpiece OD ranging from 80 to 280 mm. Different types of welding chucks are also available according to the size of the workpiece.

Rational use of semi-automatic welding positioner can not only improve welding efficiency by 50%, but also improve welding quality and reduce the labor intensity of welders.
